The brief

I worked across Glora's customer marketplace, business portal, booking and payment journeys, and the shared backend used by the web platform and two mobile applications.

What was at stake

A beauty appointment has to fit the customer's needs, the professional's availability, the branch's working hours, and the payment state. Customers need an easy way to change a booking, while businesses need one clear view of their daily operations.

What I engineered

Discovery by service, location, date, and time, with maps, nearby results, business profiles, ratings, and reviews.
A guided booking journey for choosing services and professionals, viewing available times, paying, rescheduling, cancelling, and reviewing past appointments.
A business workspace for branches, services, employees, working hours, team calendars, appointments, notifications, and unavailable time blocks.
Arabic and English experiences across the marketplace and business tools, supported by one shared backend for web and mobile applications.
